Screen Nova Scotia is now accepting applications from mid-to-senior level Nova Scotia film & television producers to join a business development trip to Toronto, Ontario from September 5th -9th, 2019 during the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).
Led by Newfoundland & Labrador Film Development Corporation (NLFDC), producers from Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island and New Brunswick will be selected to further enhance the promotion of co-production, joint-financing, and distribution development opportunities between screen industry producers in the Atlantic Provinces and internationally. The mission will enhance the group’s knowledge of working with producers on an international scale.
To help ensure producers are prepared for the trip, a consultant will be hired to provide match-making service on the ground to arrange appropriate meetings for participants with national and international companies attending TIFF.
