Rob Aske

Rob has practiced film, television, video game and media law for more than 25 years. Rob is based in Halifax but works on many Atlantic Canadian and national matters, including in relation to errors and omissions clearance, acquisition of rights, intellectual property protection, agreements with personnel, financing (including interim), licensing and distribution. Rob also works on other intellectual property matters relating to copyright, trademarks and information technology, in addition to advertising, marketing, and privacy.
