iMOVe Media Production and Learning Co-operative is a nonprofit organization that provides training in film/television skills for marginalized and racialized people, including many who have been incarcerated. Our goal is to use the arts, cultural production and film/television production to enable healing, skill development to enable people to make a decent living economically, and to tell stories that help create systems level change in community. We specialize in supporting marginalized and racialized people to tell their own stories, to be able to work in the film/television industry and to tell stories / create content about their communities and the various challenges they face.
